Most practice dashboards report activity. Five numbers report the health of the business, and they fit on a single page.
The five
Review them monthly, together. Individually they mislead.
- Cost per booked consult — the only acquisition number that reflects reality
- Show rate — the fastest way to spot a broken confirmation or reminder flow
- Treatment mix — tells you whether marketing attracts the cases you want
- Review velocity — a leading indicator for local visibility
- Branded search volume — the clearest signal that brand work is compounding
What to stop reporting
Impressions, follower counts, and raw sessions move with the weather. They belong in a channel report, not on the owner's monthly page.
